If you had not heard, we sold everything and moved to Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Things are finally settling down here in Amsterdam.  We arrived on September 8^th, 2012.  Our plan was to start the blog at that time, but the hotel we were staying in had slow Internet, and we were there until the 21st when we moved into our apartment.  We did not have Internet at the apartment until the night of October 5^th and we left for our Asia trip on October 6^th for three weeks.  We got back and that week most of our furniture arrived, including a very complex closet to assemble…. Well, better late then never.  We will be posting what all has happened since our arrival and then we hope to keep this going to give updates of what we are up to.
